The male adult moths of this species are grey with three prominent black dots on each forewing, and a row of black dots around the apex and margin of every wing. The head and prothorax are orange. The moths have a wingspan about 2.5 cms.

The species is found in :

  • New South Wales, and
  • Queensland.
