Gnathmocerodes euplectra

These caterpillars have been found feeding on the fruit of:

  • Cocky Apple ( Planchonia careya, LECYTHIDACEAE ).

    The adult moth has forewings that are pale brown with complex markings. The hindwings are plain brown. The moth has a crest of scales on the thorax. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.
