The adult moth of this species has brown wings with a scattering of pale blue markings, although these turn to pale brown in dead specimens. There are three prominent white spots along each forewing costa, and a pale sot at the apex of each forewing, and a pale spot at the tornus of each hindwing.

The species occurs in Queensland in Australia.
